Export a Register to Excel

Click the Export button in any Proliance register to export the contents of the register to an Excel file. To view and save the exported register, ensure that your browser settings allow downloads .

Note: 

Due to limitations in Excel, date, time and currency values may not appear in Excel as they do in Proliance.

Where a user has chosen a date/time format that uses the Gregorian calendar in My Preferences, date and time values are rendered in Excel as the following:

  • Date only: dd-mm-yyyy, for example, 24-12-2014.

  • Date and Time: dd-mm-yyyy h:mm:ss AM/PM, for example, 24-12-2014 12:36:22 AM.

  • Time only: h:mm:ss AM/PM, for example, 12:36:22 AM.

Where a user has chosen a date/time format that uses the Umm-al-Qura calendar, date and time values are rendered in Excel as the Umm-al-Qura calendar year, and AM/PM displays in Arabic characters.

Currency separators appear in Excel according to Region and Language defaults in Windows.
